Join our Yarn Group, which meets most Tuesday afternoons, for a joyful time of creativity, connection, and giving back! Together, we knit and crochet infant blankets and baby hats that become part of a precious layette set for Joey’s Pouch at Williamson Medical Center. Whether you’re brand new and want to learn or you’re already an experienced knitter or crocheter, we would love to have you with us. It’s a fun and meaningful way to build friendships with other members while creating a very special and much-loved gift for families—a beautiful outfit to help welcome their baby home. We are so grateful for every stitch, every smile, and every caring heart that make this ministry so special. Just show up, and we will get you started.

Stuff and chat with us as we stuff “knitted knockers” — soft, hand-crafted breast prostheses that are freely given to people who have undergone mastectomy or other breast cancer surgery. These lightweight, comfortable alternatives to traditional prosthetics can help restore balance, ease pain, and support body confidence during recovery. No experience needed; materials, guidance, and information will be provided.
Show up at 1 p.m. to help create the beautiful flower arrangements for each table. The team will start at 1 p.m. and work until finished.

Help End Domestic and Sexual Violence On Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Brentwood Franklin Woman’s Service Club will join GFWC clubs across the globe for the GFWC International Day of Service, focused on ending domestic and sexual violence. Approximately 1 in 3 women and 1 in 10 men age 18 or older experience domestic violence. Each year, domestic violence is responsible for more than 1,500 deaths in the United States. Together, we can help change these heartbreaking statistics. One day. One purpose. One voice for lasting change.
